Just replaced our old unit from GE after 17 years of great service! Although we haven't used this very long I expect it to be top notch just like the old similar unit. GE makes good products! We were looking for a specific set of variable that this oven has.

Since day one of our installation the microwave has brought us a great deal of irritation due to the horrid noise that comes when it starts. We were provided a new glass plate and rotating ring but those did not resolve the issue.

Not as many bells and whistles as my older microwave, but it goes the trick and the price was great. I miss my soften butter function, but this one has a reheat beverage function. It reminds you when you get sidetracked and g do other that you had something heating up.

Control panel is very easy to use. The appliance is quiet (I was wondering if it was really working - it was). Heats thoroughly. GE Appliances are trustworthy and it is no different with this microwave.

It's very good. They keypad is s little difficult to figure out. It doesn't do real great on microwave popcorn as it stops running with a lot of Un- popped kernels when you use the popcorn button on the keypad

This microwave meets all of our needs and looks sharp! Love that the kitchen timer works independent of the cooking features so you can do both simultaneously. "Add 30 seconds" button is our go-to. We're very happy with it - about 3 weeks in.

It is fairly large and has a variety of helpful settings. I like that's it's mostly black with stainless front. I didn't want all black or all stainless so this was a perfect fit for my kitchen. When I first installed it it kept flashing "FOOD" no matter what function I tried, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked fine after that. I think the beep to let you know it's done could be quieter, it's very shrill.

Purchased this microwave e we when our 17 yr old one died. Pleasantly surprised at the power this microwave has! Cooks food fast and quietly.
Work needs to be done to quiet door when closing. But doesn't diminish the rest of the features.

My wife and I both love the product except for one slight item. The Microwave sits on a laminated counter top and the feet allow the unit to slide. I had to place 4 rubber glide pads under the feet to prevent the sliding. No big deal. Recommend the feet have suction type of pad to grip the counter top.

I have a problem with popping Weight Watchers (WW) popcorn in a WW popcorn popper. It either burns the popcorn or leaves 10-20 kernels of un popped corn. I have lowered the power level and adjusted the cooking time and I still have issues. I am considering returning it.
